Cancellations: Cancellations can only be done within 24 hours of purchase .

Customized and Personalized Orders:
If a specific bead or stone is preferred, contact me with a picture and you will get a response as soon as possible.
If upon receipt and the color is not what you expected, contact me within 7 days, send the item back, description of the color expected and I will remake a similar version with the color, style desired.
